Samples are billed at the regular prices and are non-returnable.
Custom Orders
Custom designs will be charged $5.00 extra or more depending on design. Call for details and a quote, or use our custom order form .
Terms
Cashier’s check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
All returned checks will be charged a $30.00 handling fee.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown are for each hat for the quantity shown, ordered and shipped to the same address at the same time.
Shipping
Merchandise in stock is shipped within seven (7) business days. If not in stock, merchandise will be shipped within two (2) weeks. Orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.
Returns and Cancellations
No cancellations are allowed once your order is processed due to the customization of the product. Changes to your order can be made before processing by fax or phone within two days of receipt of your order. Damaged or imperfect merchandise must be returned within five (5) days of receipt of your order. All requests for returns must be made in writing or by phone. No returns for orders over thirty (30) days old will be accepted.

Customers will be notified before shipment.
